Hi, my name is Flo S. Rameder. Since 2015 I’ve been working in healthcare, gaining deep insights into what it takes to live a healthy and resilient life. With a background in Radialogytechnology (BSC), Healthcare Management (MA) and as a certified yoga teacher, I combine science, movement, and mindfulness.

I never thought yoga would one day take an important place in my life. With a full work schedule, a part-time degree, and lots of sports—what could go wrong?
The simple answer: when things get out of balance, the body eventually lets you know that something needs to change. For me, that happened in 2019 with a slipped disc.
My first goal: a conventional approach to healing.
Through physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and trying various relaxation techniques, I eventually found my way to yoga—or maybe, as the saying goes, it found me.
Since then, I’ve deepened my practice on and off the mat and completed a yoga teacher training in India. Today, I see yoga as an integral part of a healthy lifestyle and aim to share its many benefits in a practical, everyday way.
True strength is not just about lifting weights or physical fitness – it’s about showing up every day, even when nothing seems to go your way. This daily commitment, on the mat or in life, is what shapes real strength.
In my approach, body and mind go hand in hand. I see it as my mission to guide you through exercises and practices that, with commitment and continuous practice, help cultivate both physical and mental strength.
The body already has everything you need. That’s why I focus on exercises that enhance your mobility, flexibility, and functional strength, giving you the tools to grow stronger – inside and out.

Throughout my career, I’ve met countless people in all kinds of roles—and on my journey, I’ve had the joy of discovering how everyone, shaped by their unique cultural and personal background, navigates the ups and downs of daily life.
We often develop strategies that work… sometimes. But not always in the way we hope. Not everyone has the luxury to dive deep into the science and practice of resilience. That’s why I’m here to share what I’ve learned: bite-sized, practical insights you can use to stay strong, stay grounded, and keep moving forward—even when life throws curveballs.
Because resilience isn’t about avoiding challenges—it’s about learning to bounce higher each time.
